Just got my new MK1 hardpipe and blowoff valve. Anyway here she is. install took a little longer then I thought it would, about an hour and 20. I had to re-route turbo coolant line and fuel vac line.

Ya should have had it powder coated before you put it on. You should at least get that valve cover done anyway.

I thought about it. I think I am going to go all Chrome. Its cheaper that way, and this dude is on a budget! I am bidding on a nice polished valve cover on ebay. Then I will get MKI air can to turbo and turbo to intercooler chrome pipe. Should look good when I am done.

Is this not chrome enough for ya? Powder coating will also reduce temp. keeping cold air in/ hot air out & the opposite.

$65+shipping
http://boneheadperformance.com/powdercoating/powderprices.htm

There is another place (Moorepower) that does powder coating in the "Links" forum. I think maybe I should have had THEM coat my headers instead. My nephew actually works at a place that chrome coats & nickel plates aircraft parts, but I don't know if he could help you.

I have no idea. If there was, & if they shipped & recieved parts to coat, I would do that. I do not have a
Tulsa Yellow Pages to do a search.

....then again, I do have the internet....

DAMN, I'm dumb! I think I'll go do a search.

Sorry man, didn't mean to.

Yellow Pages site had no links that worked. Sad
